– If you have never contracted with Wellcare and don’t have an existing agent number with them, click here to Add a Health Contract.

– If you have an agent number with Wellcare and need to move your contract to Rivers National, use the following instructions:

1. Login: https://desktop.pingone.com/cnc-workbench-brk
2. Once logged into Workbench, click > My Account
3. Click > My Hierarchy Info
4. Click > CHANGE
5. Select > Perform an Upline or Payment Change from dropdown:
6. Select > Request to leave my current upline and join a new one
